Old Navy knock off

Hi guys! It's been a while since I last posted, and a few things have changed around here. I (Jessica) now work full time in addition to my kids starting school, so it's been a long fall and winter for me, let me tell you! But that doesn't mean that I haven't still been doing projects left and right. To get myself back into the swing of things, I thought I'd post one of my easiest DIY's from the last couple of months for you today.

So last month I (Jessica) saw this awesome shirt at Old Navy. Now, I wanted this shirt, and I wanted it bad, Precious. There were two problems, however. 1. The neckline wasn't that flattering on me (first world problems, baby!) and 2. It was really expensive for a t-shirt, and I'm inherently cheap.

But I knew I could make my own, because of all the slogan t-shirts I've DIY'd so far. Like my In memory of when I cared shirt, or my Bad Wolf t-shirt. What can I say? Apparently I have a thing for shirts with words on them...

I kind of cheated, and bought a t-shirt from Old Navy during one of their $5 deals. So technically this is still an Old Navy t-shirt. Then slapped some iron on letters on it. I'm kind of addicted to iron on letters at this point, I've got at least three more ideas to do now.

I love how it turned out, and I wear this shirt at least twice a week. I even like the font on mine better then the original! And the neckline is much more comfortable and flattering as well. Win-win!
