easy healthy summer strawberry dessert

Do you all remember when I made homemade strawberry freezer jam? Well, I had some strawberries left over, and I decided to throw together this easy and healthy summer dessert!

This is seriously the easiest dessert ever! Just four ingredients:

1 cup cut (WASHED!) strawberries. You can use thawed, frozen berries too!
1/2 cup greek yogurt, plain or vanilla flavored
1 tsp raw sugar (you can sub brown sugar if you don't have a hubby who hoards fancy tea and raw sugar)
2 tsp mini chocolate chips

1. Put your strawberries in a bowl, scoop your greek yogurt on top.

2. Garnish with the raw sugar (especially if you're using plain yogurt!) and mini chocolate chips.

3. Stuff in your face!

This dessert is super healthy for you, high in protein and fiber from the yogurt and berries, with just a touch of sweetness. And because of the sprinkling of raw sugar and chocolate chips, you'll feel like you're getting a rich, decadent dessert. Score! What's your favorite way to incorporate fresh berries into your dessert?
